STEAMwhiz AI Program (AIP) Curriculum

STEAMwhiz AI Program (AIP)

A progressive, four-year journey designed to guide students (Ages 9-14) from foundational principles to advanced engineering projects, preparing them to become the creators and ethical leaders of an AI-driven future.

Why AI Education Matters

Our curriculum is built on three essential pillars for the next generation.

Digital Literacy & Safety

Understanding what AI is, how it uses data, and how to maintain privacy and a responsible digital footprint.

Ethics & Societal Impact

Exploring "AI for Good," data rights, AI bias, and the challenge of aligning advanced AI with human values.

Future-Proof Skills

Developing the hands-on engineering, programming, and problem-solving skills needed for the careers of tomorrow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! AIP I is designed for students with no prior AI or robotics experience. We start with the absolute basics of assembly and programming, building skills progressively each semester.

The program utilizes a range of modern, hands-on hardware. Early years focus on a versatile LEGO Robotics & Microcomputing Kit and move on to the powerful Raspberry Pi & Physical Computing, Python Drones, and finally the advanced Robotic Arm Car Robot for the capstone year.

Ethical considerations are woven into the entire curriculum. From discussing digital footprints in Year 1 to analyzing AI bias and data privacy in later years, our goal is to create responsible and thoughtful tech leaders. The final capstone project even requires students to create a "Safety and Alignment Protocol" for their autonomous robot.
